Refund Policy
Please read carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you accept this refund policy.
1. Limited 15-Day Refund Window — ETS AIO & Reversal Sniper Only
Refunds are available within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, exclusively for two products: ETS AIO v6.0 and Reversal Sniper. To request a refund, email support@fxwithsid.com from your registered email with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay (typically 5–7 working days).
2. Non-Refundable Products
All other products — including Bundle subscriptions (Weekly / Monthly / Lifetime*), ORS Institutional Pro, Index Dominance Matrix, Ranges (lifetime* + premium), 15-Min Opening Bar, Buy/Sell Volume Delta, US IV Daily Ranges, all 7-day Trials, and the Pro Leap / Basics of Markets / Risk Management courses — are non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery.
3. Trials Are Final
All 7-day trial purchases are final and non-refundable. Trials exist precisely so you can evaluate the tool before committing to the lifetime* version. Weekly access is permitted only once per registered user.
4. Failed Transactions
If a payment is debited but no license / access is granted within 24 hours, contact support@fxwithsid.com with your order ID. Confirmed failed transactions are reversed via Razorpay automatically (typically 5–7 working days).
5. Bundle Subscriptions
Bundle subscriptions (Weekly / Monthly / Lifetime*) do NOT auto-renew. ORS products are excluded from bundles where applicable. Already-paid subscription periods are non-refundable. Monthly Bundle includes the Risk Management & Trading Psychology course (worth ₹9,999) at no extra cost.
6. Revoked Licenses
Licenses revoked due to violation of Terms (account sharing, redistribution, etc.) are non-refundable regardless of the 15-day window.
7. Refund Request
Submit refund requests by email to support@fxwithsid.com with subject 'Refund Request — <Order ID>'. Our team responds within 48 hours.
8. Lifetime* Access Disclaimer
*Lifetime access means access will continue for as long as TradingView permits personalized/private scripts and does not require strategy creators to remove or discontinue their scripts. Lifetime access is also subject to the continued availability and control of the creator's TradingView account and infrastructure. In the unlikely event that TradingView changes its policies regarding third-party/private scripts, forces script removal, or access becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the creator's control (including account compromise, platform restrictions, or policy changes), continued access cannot be guaranteed.
